Anti-Trafficking Policy

1. Our Commitment

Extatic Ai operates https://extatic.ai as an AI-only content platform: all characters, images, and content on the Services are generated entirely by artificial intelligence, and no real individuals are depicted, employed, or involved in the creation of any content.

We are nonetheless firmly committed to the prevention of human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and all forms of modern slavery. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or activity that promotes, facilitates, or is connected to human trafficking or exploitation of any kind, and we prohibit the use of our Services and our platform from being used to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Services:

  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
  • Any content that sexualizes minors in any form, including AI-generated content — we maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind;
  • Any content that promotes or glorifies forced labor, debt bondage, or involuntary servitude;
  • Any use of the Services to recruit, advertise, solicit, or facilitate trafficking of persons or commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, or coercion;
  • Any content that depicts non-consensual activities or promotes coercion; and
  • Any use of the Services to coordinate, fund, or otherwise support trafficking operations.

3. Detection and Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and prevent prohibited content and activity, including: automated content filtering that screens both user inputs and generated outputs before and after generation; regular audits of platform content; immediate removal of any content found to violate this Policy; and immediate, permanent suspension of accounts found in violation, with reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Complaint Resolution

We will acknowledge and investigate all complaints related to trafficking, exploitation, or illegal content in accordance with our Complaint Policy. Complaints under this Policy are treated as urgent: we are committed to resolving them within five (5) business days of receipt, and any content determined to be illegal or in violation of this Policy is removed immediately upon identification, without waiting for the conclusion of the full investigation.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in the investigation and prosecution of trafficking and exploitation offenses. We will report suspected trafficking or exploitation to the appropriate authorities; preserve and provide relevant data and records in response to valid legal requests; and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting

If you encounter any content or activity on the Services that you believe involves or promotes human trafficking, sex trafficking, or the exploitation of any individual, please report it immediately:

  • Email: [email protected] (subject line: "Trafficking Report");
  • Via the "Contact Us" section available within the Services;
  • National Human Trafficking Hotline (US): 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733;
  • NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org.

All reports are treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law, and no retaliation will be taken against anyone who reports in good faith.

7. Training and Awareness

Team members involved in content moderation and trust & safety receive training on identifying indicators of trafficking and exploitation. We continuously update our training materials and processes to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
