Community Guidelines
Welcome to Extatic Ai! These Community Guidelines describe the standards of behavior we expect from everyone using https://extatic.ai and/or any of our online channels, platforms, products, or services, including all content contained therein ("Services"). They apply to every interaction on the Services — chats with AI Companions, character creation, and media generation. These Guidelines work together with our Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, Underage Policy, and other Policies; where those documents are more specific, they control.
1. The Services Are for Adults Only
The Services are an adult-oriented platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Do not share access with anyone under 18. Do not attempt to make any AI Companion appear, act, or be described as under 18 — no age references below 18, no childlike appearance, no school-age framing, no "age play" involving minor personas. Attempts to do so violate our Blocked Content Policy and will result in account termination.
2. Keep It Fictional — and Consensual by Design
All AI Companions are fictional, AI-generated adults. You may explore adult-oriented roleplay with AI Companions within the boundaries of our Policies. The following themes are never permitted, in any form, in any chat or generation request: minors or characters resembling minors; non-consensual scenarios, coercion, or sexual violence; incest; bestiality; trafficking or exploitation; and glorification of violence or self-harm.
3. Respect Real People
Do not create characters based on real, identifiable people — including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals — or use their name, image, or likeness. Do not attempt to generate intimate imagery resembling any real person. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward deepfakes and non-consensual intimate imagery; see our Blocked Content Policy and Content Removal Policy.
4. Character Creation Standards
When creating or customizing an AI character, you must: assign the character an age of 18 or older, consistent with the character's described appearance and backstory; avoid names, descriptions, tags, or scenarios that suggest a minor, non-consent, incest, bestiality, or a real identifiable person; and comply with all prohibited-content categories in our Blocked Content Policy. Characters that violate these standards will be removed, and repeat violations will result in account termination.
5. Respect the Platform
Do not attempt to bypass, probe, or manipulate our moderation and safety systems, including through indirect phrasing, encoding, or repeated reformulation of prohibited requests ("jailbreaking"). Systematic attempts to circumvent safety controls are treated as violations equivalent to the prohibited content sought. Do not use the Services for spam, advertising, commercial solicitation, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines, please report it via [email protected] or the "Contact Us" section within the Services. Reports are handled in accordance with our Complaint Policy — acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within seven (7) calendar days.
Violations of these Guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, account restriction, or permanent termination, depending on severity, in accordance with our Content Removal Policy. Serious violations — including any attempt to generate CSAM, content resembling minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people — result in immediate permanent termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
